Hi, I'm Neil, a Personal Trainer & Wellness Coach - based out of my own private studio gym in Maidenhead. I offer in-person, private PT on a 1:1 basis - no crowds or "gym-timidation" here.

 

Your programming is designed specifically for you, your age and goals - often losing fat, building lean muscle & improving functional strength. 

 

My gym is designed to make fitness fun - whether you're a beginner or experienced lifter who..
