Circuit Workouts
NSFW Circuit sessions are a high-energy way to improve cardiovascular fitness, build endurance and burn serious calories — all within a structured, one-to-one coaching format. Expect focused circuits and an environment that keeps energy high while maintaining personalised guidance throughout.
