Getting started

We’ll begin with an initial consultation to discuss your goals, expectations, how you want to train with us and ensure we’re the right fit.

Our clients tend to be positive, driven and focused — people who value progress but don’t take themselves too seriously. Training should be effective, structured and enjoyable.

Once we agree to move forward, your coaching will include:

  • Baseline measurements and fitness assessment

  • Structured, periodised programming

  • A personalised nutrition and macronutrient strategy tailored to your goals and lifestyle

  • Clear systems and accountability for long-term results and wellbeing

 

Your programme is continually reviewed and refined to ensure consistent progress while you train.

Tailored to Your Needs

Clients typically train two to three times per week to maintain momentum and see meaningful progress.​ Standard sessions last 55 minutes.

Training style can be tailored to you & we believe in NSFW accessible to as many people as we can.

 

Many clients prefer traditional one-to-one personal training, while others occasionally incorporate higher-energy circuit-based sessions.

As well as regular private personal training, we often work with clients on a hybrid bass - where they work with us in person every few weeks then progress their programming in a gym of their choice, returning for in person check ins and re-programming.

All clients are part of our NSFW community - we arrange regular client socials where clients are welcome to bring partners or friends. 

Building direct, supportive coaching relationships is the norm — we regularly review progress, adjust focus where needed and refine your programme as you evolve.
