Your initial consultation and assessment is free - and whilst I've never needed to offer 'free taster' sessions, I can put you in touch with some of my clients who can share their experience of training with me if you like
Tailored to Your Needs
You can choose to ‘pay as you go’, or you can buy a month’s worth of sessions up front - you get a tenner off each session this way.
If you're not sure what you want or need - but know you need to move around, lose fat or put on muscle, just get in touch. I'll take it from there for you.
As a guide - most people choose to train 2-3 times a week (some more, some less). Sessions usually last an hour - however some people like 30 mins, some 90.
You can mix & match your training style - straightforward 1:1 PT sessions work for many - some clients like 1:1 PT sessions combined with a Circuit Party Workout to their favourite music.
I pride myself on building fun, direct relationships with the people I coach, we’ll constantly be talking about how things are going, what you might want more or less of and flex as we go.
You’ll get a login password for the ‘Client Section’ on the website where future sessions can be paid for, or you can pay in person at the studio.

Duos & Small Groups
We can bespoke Duo & Small Group sessions to exactly what motivates you – want a cost effective, mates Duo Session to lift together at HIIT / Circuit Party workout to your favourite music or Spotify Playlist? Your sessions – you decide! We can get the lasers going and the music up loud or we can slow it down and pace it. There's no right or wrong way - just what's going to make you feel motivated.

Duo Training
Got a friend or partner you want to train with or simply looking for a more cost efficient method of starting PT? Give Duo Training a go.

Small Groups
The space can accommodate small groups for circuit-style workouts - contact me if you've got a couple of friends you're interested in working out with.


CIRCUIT PARTY WORKOUTS
Circuit Party Workouts - where the lights & lasers go on, your favourite music gets blasted and we nuke calories - can be part of your weekly 1:1 PT session programming, or if you have a friend / partner we can arrange duo or even small group sessions if you prefer.

Conditioning
As well as warm up & stretching pre & post PT sessions, targeted conditioning improves performance and helps avoid injury. Sports Massage can also be beneficial.
